Get to Know Me

Jacob is the son in this “Father-Son” duo. He is happy to take clients on showings, but he thrives on the behind-the-scenes operations. Jacob is the team’s Chief Operating Officer and Escrow Specialist. If it has anything to do with contracting, he’s your guy! The team relies on his contracting expertise for all of their transactions. During his time as a real estate agent, he has earned four designations specializing in Military Relocation, Senior Real Estate, Short Sales, and is an Accredited Buyer’s Representative. His wife, Sarah, helps the team with their marketing and administrative responsibilities. 
 
Jacob has an impressive resume from his time before becoming a real estate agent. His many hats include working in kitchens in downtown Denver, being a white water raft guide, serving at the Broadmoor, and bartending in Cripple Creek casinos. Being from Oklahoma, Jacob is a RZR enthusiast and loves to fish. However, growing up, he and his family would vacation in CO to hike, camp, and, most importantly, ski. He is an avid and fearless skier. Jacob is also a non-fiction reader and loves to cook!
